H.A.L.T. is a team headed by animal rights lawyer and activist Ana Maria Casadiego. We do not believe that every law that exists is a just law, therefore our mission is to fight for the inclusion of other animals in the sphere of justice. We believe sentience is the moral trait that demands justice.
We are entirely dedicated to legal and academic research strictly in the area of animal law on an interdisciplinary basis. We currently collaborate with jurists, universities, NGOs and governmental bodies, both nationally and internationally, in the analysis and investigation of legal cases and the preparation of legal and academic reports on animal protection.
Out of the public view we help with the rescue of animals who are being victims of a crime.
H.A.L.T is against oppression to both humans and animals.

Antonio de Anquín
Strategic litigation director at H.A.L.T. Lawyer from the University del Salvador, Buenos Aires. Specialist in Constitutional law and Human Rights. Specialist in animal law. Has acted as the head of strategic litigation in the cases of coco, and Jonny among many others. Co-head the Law Section at the Northeast Procedural School (ESPRONEA).
Hannah Key
The youngest member of our team, but one of the strongest Spokesperson! In charge of communication. Certified dog trainer with a soft spot for pitbulls. Animal activist and regularly volunteers at animal shelters.
Rafael Millwood
Active participation in rescuing animals and regularly volunteers at animal shelters. He runs his own vegan fitness centre: Fitness Freedom Pack.

Laure Gisie
Bachelors in Law, Master in Private Law and in Animal Law & Society. Laure is also a member of Parti Animaliste.
Karine Boveroux
Animal activist with a Masters in Animal Law & Society from Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Zoë Gumm
Activist, working towards animal liberation and author of The Crumby Vegan blog as well as member of the Bous en Pau Association. She has a PhD in Mathematics from City University London.
